8 cups of water
1 Honey Glazed Ham Bone
2 lbs great northern beans
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
Bring to a boil, let simmer for 3 hours.
Remove bone and excess broth from top of beans and add the following:
1 Cup brown Sugar
1 tbsp "Honey Cup Mustard"
1/4 Cup vinegar
1 tbsp horseradish (or "BIG DADDY'S Barbeque Sauce")
1/2 to 1 Cup molasses
2 onions, diced
Add mixture to beans and mix well. Pour beans into shallow baking pan and top with ends of ham.
